Hello community,
I am planning to build a desktop computer for Gaming and little bit of 3D Designing.
So I came up with the following specifications:
Processor - AMD FX-Series FX 8350
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3
RAM - Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB 1600 MHz
PSU - Corsair GS700
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 2 TB
DVD Drive - LG GH24NS95
Cabinet - Antec V1 ATX Mid Tower
Monitor - Dell S2240L 21.5 inch
Is this build fine? I mean are all the components compatible with each other?
Also, I think I must have a GPU to get this PC running, right?
Currently I have a GTX 550ti, and I plan to go on with it till I can collect enough money for a R9 280X or a GTX 770. Till then I won't mind gaming at slightly lower settings. Is there a chance of some heavy bottleneck somewhere?
Please suggest.
Thank You,
Rick
