Hello,

This is my first desktop that wasn't pre built, I pretty much picked w/e components that had good reviews.

Specs:

i7 4770k
Sabertooth z87
Crosair Vengeance 1883 cas 9 1.5v
Noctua NH-D14
Seasonic 80+ Platinum 760w
Fractal R4 windowless
Samsung 840 Pro
WD Red 1TB
Asus Optical Drive.
Windows 8.1

Its my first time ever messing with BIOS and found it pretty fun to tweak once I got the hang of it.

I'm currently running AIDA64 for about 8hours+ its clocked at 4.5ghz with 1.24v
max temps are 82 79 84 79 (real temp) while in aida64 graph it fluctuates at 60-80.

I used XMP and Manual 1.24v because Adaptive voltage wont use the voltage that I set it always go over with my inputs, thats pretty much all I did. Though I plan to switch it back to adaptive once I pass AIDA64 test.

I tried doing 1.23v but it crashed before I even open AIDA64.

is there a way I could push this even more? is going 1.3v range dangerous?

What is the safe temp for i7 4770k?
