I decided to put a new GPU in mu cheap eMachines PC the other day, and now the damn thing freezes after boot up every time. It works in safe mode, but I have to revert to the onboard graphics to use the system at all.

Athlon II x2 220
3GB DDR3 RAM
1TB HDD
HIS Radeon HD 6670 1GB GDDR5 gpu (400w recommended min)
PSU was the stock Liteon 220w, but I borrowed a 480w full-size psu from a friemd and I have the same problem.
Ive updated drivers from the HIS website as well as AMD, used driver sweeper software to remove the onboard drivers, replaced the psu, and I'm out of answers. Its saturday, so the tech line is closed...help!
