Hello all, this is my second time building a gaming rig and it will not be for myself. It is for my sister with a budget of $800, OS included. I have an extra 500GB HDD somewhere so this build will not need one. My first build I used a list of parts I found online, this will be my first time picking the parts myself to fit the budget. No OC will be done. Her main requirement will be for it to run Sims 4 comfortably though a lot of other gaming will be done with current games, ex/ Skyrim with Mods. This is what I got since this future title does not have it's requirement released yet. Thoughts?

All I would say is update everything to it's newer counterpart (I5 4570k and respective mobo and to GTX760) I think then you should be in budget!
