You don't HAVE to fill the budget, the less used the best of course.

This is aimed for a Dream Gaming PC, to blow titles out of the water. Hopefully not my wallet.

This is for me, I spent the last 14 hours watching reviews, looking at benchmarks, etc for the AMD R9 290x, 7990, Titan, 780ti, FX-9590, Extreme i7-4960x, etc, and I give up. I'm now giving it to your hands Toms Hardware.

- Requirements -

1. Must be able to run smoothly atleast 60 FPS at 1080p monitor, while also being able to run competantly on a single 4k monitor, (Ideally Seiki Digital SE39UY04 39-Inch 4K Ultra HD 120Hz LED TV)

2. Must have solid OC potential

3. Try to account for everything, from the tiny screws to the giant case

4. Have fun?

Everything is right, except for the CPU you should go with the i7-4770 (i7-4770k if overclocking) and a suitable Socket 1150 motherboard and it will be a dream pc :)
