Any point trying to sell my old components?

My current specs are

Mobo: GA-P35-S3
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 2.66Ghz
GPU: AMD HD 6850 1GB
RAM: 4.Gb Corsair DDR2
Sound: Audigy 4
O/S: Windows 7 64bit Home Premium
PSU: Corsair TX650v2

Would I have any chance of making a bit of money on Ebay or somewhere by selling some of those components? Only the GPU, PSU and Audigy will be installed in my new build.

Another option is to keep the components and use them towards a PC for my nephew (he's got a crappy laptop right now and would be more than happy with my current specs). I know that putting the GPU/mobo in an anti static bag and in a box in a safe place is the way to go, but what about the CPU and cooler?
