Im gona go crazy if I cant delete Ubuntu

I have always wanted to try using Linix and I ended up downloading Ubunta. I cant stand it and I need a way to install my windows 7 back on.. Someone please help. I have all the recovery disc for window 7.. Please list the steps on how to change this. I don't understand anything I have found online...Thank you for your help...

Well, you don't tell us what computer you are using which does make it difficult to give step-by-step instructions, but here goes:

1. Put DVD in drive and switch computer on.

2. Follow any on-screen instructions.

Insert your Windows installer disk and boot from it, then do not try to install, instead open the command prompt window and type this:

diskpart
list disk
select disk n (n= your OS drive with Linux)
clean
exit

Note that this will completely clean the drive of all partitions, files and folders.

Then you can do a normal Windows 7 install.

Just an FYI, Ubuntu isn't trying to prevent you from installing anything else nor did it make it any harder. Just pop in your Windows install disk, tell your BIOS to boot from your CD-ROM and off you go...
