How many watts do I need to power this build?

I am building a computer, and I would like to know how large of a psu I need, and what brand I should purchase. I have a i5 4670, 2 hdds and 1 ssd, 8 gigs 1600 MHz ram, an evga 660 graphics card (not superclocked), dvd drive, and a wifi card. Ideally, I would like to spend 40-60 dollars, and would like to be able to add a couple more hdds in the future.
