You don't know what resolution he is at, therefore your suggestion may be wrong.

your best bet would be 280x or 770. if you wanna go ultra settings & Future proofing then there 780ti or 290x

I'm sad to see you didn't trust what I put before, though there are many trolls trying to feed there ego that patrol forums and mislead others. I will state it again though, and as you state 350 now as your highest price, 760 4gb or 770 2gb. Though I'd go for the 770 as the extra 400 or so cuda cores will do much more for you in the long run than more memory with less processors.
