Battery dead but W7 icon is green and charging

Hi
My HP Pavillion Dv6 battery recently died when the startup error 601 showed up. I tried putting it in the freezer but it didn't work. When I put the battery in it says charging 61% and the light on the side next to my charger is red which means charging but it still is dead.
This is the result of the HP Assistant battery check about the cells:
Cell 1: 4179 mV
Cell 2: 4151 mV
Cell 3: 339 mV
Cell 4: 0 mV

Time for a new battery since you have 1 dead cell it will never charge or discharge power correctly. Just like a car battery, one bad/dead cell means the rest are useless.
