First PC Build Advice & Expected Performance

Just wondering if there are any suggestions to this build. I am trying to build a gaming pc to play on a 47" HDTV. Games such as Witcher, Football Manager 2014, Skyrim, Battlefield, etc. I have never built a computer before but have been researching for quite some time now (actually seems as if too long because the GPU I have decided on jumped up in price). Anyways, any advice on the build would be great & how well it should run games on high/ultra high settings.
