Hello everyone. I was wondering that does GTX 770 graphics card go well with ASrock 970 extreme3 2.0 motherboard? I am planning to buy a GTX 770 tomorrow and I have that motherboard already, but I have no idea if that graphics card goes with that motherboard. Please answer.

Unfortunately, the 970 Extreme3 2.0 motherboard is AMD-based and will most likely not work.

For the same or even lower price you could get a Radeon HD 7970; a great card that will work with your current PC

The guy at the store told me a few days ago that that motherboard is good for my AMD-FX 8150 processor, it does not support Intel's processors but it does support Nvidia cards like GTX 670 for example, he told me. I really want to know that does this motherboard support GTX 770 with full ''power''.

Yes it should work fine, only processors may not be compatible like the guy told you. Motherboards support pretty much any normal graphics card.

As long as the board has a PCI-E 2.0 or 3.0 slot (which that board does) you can use any graphics card you want. Make sure you have at least a 500 W power supply to run a GTX 770.
