Which memory should i choose , i am not going to OC the system.

My new rig is , Intel 4770k, Asus Hero z87 mainboard, Asus R290 graphics card. I am going to add 16gb of ram for this and I am not going to OC the system. So will 2133mhz memory will have better performance even if i am going to use the stardart clock speeds.
I can either buy
KINGSTON 16GB (2X8GB) HYPERX BLU BLACK DDR3 1600MHZ CL10 KIT RAM

or

CORSAIR 16 GB (2X 8GB) DDR3 2133 MHZ RAM CL10 VENGEANCE (1.5 Volt) CMZ16GX3M2A2133C10

which one shall i go?

Get the Kingston and throw the money you saved towards something else.

The gains you would get with the Corsair would only be noticeable in benchmarks and not real-world computing.
