Well, for starters, my budget is $1000 - $1200 CAD

It's going to be used for gaming and everyday use. Games i plan on playing are pretty much all over the place, RTS (SCII), FPS(BF4), open world (AC4) and likely MMOs as well

I only plan to use one monitor, because that's all i really need and have space for.

keyboards and stuff are going to be bought at a later time, i have some older stuff that will suffice for now. (suggestions on stuff is welcome)

Basically i'm getting a system to break away from console gaming.

The system i have set up so far is as follows

Case: Phantom 530 black

Processor: Intel i5 4670k

RAM: G.Skill RipJaws 8gb (2 x 4gb)

Cooling: Buying 2x red led 200mm fans for the top

HDD: 1TB

Motherboard: MSI z87-GD65

Graphics card: MSI N760 TF GeForce GTX 760 2GB

Power Supply: Corsair CX500M

So far, i've asked a few friends and they say it checks out. what do you think?

Thanks in advance for the help

This will likely sound rather silly, but is there any way i can order this all at once? (i've never bought a computer online) also, with all the different companies shipping this, what are the odds of it all arriving around the same time?

Also, i think i'm gonna keep the phantom, Just switch to while and blue to go along with the rest

Well, the case is mostly personal preference.

I don't know in Canada, but in the States there are online retailers that have a pricing match option so if you find a product in the competition cheaper than theirs, then they'll sell it to you at said price, that way you can order a list like this at once.

If you can't do this, then you have to deal with the multiple stores and their shipping policies. If you buy all at once from a single retailer then you won't be able to get the price PCPartpicker found.

One last question, are mail-in rebates really as tedious as they sound?
