Is it possible to make a $300 gaming pc. Im looking for it to be able to run battlefield 4 and maybe some other games on medium with a good 35 fps?

Kind of. As long as you only need the computer, you can run BF4 on low at MAYBE 25-30 FPS. MAYBE.

Yes, with a cheap AMD apu. +1 for the build above.. But i would really advise to spend a little bit more and get a75 chipset and a larger hard drive. Maybe even faster/more ram because you need fast ram with apu.

More RAM is always better with an APU. ANY extra money at all you could spend is good. Also, refer back to the "Can I build a BF4 Computer for $200" thread.
