Rampage IV extreme or Black edition

i was wondering which is better Asus Rampage IV extreme, or the black edition

They are both motherboards that are known as overkill boards... But if you have the money and you want these go the extreme, but if you want to set yourself aside from the crowd go the black edition

I would definitely go with the Black Edition. Of what I've read on different sites, the Extreme has a high failure rate.
