I Want to Learn More About Computer Microarchitecure

I've been wanting to start learning about computer microarchitecture and have looked for many books on the subject. All I can really find are books detailing computer architecture, not the actual logic behind control units, adders and more advanced topics of the cpu. The best resource I have found was Computer Organization and Embedded Systems by Carl Hamacher. Could you guys direct me to some other good resources for learning about computer microarchitecture? Thank you.
