Gpu Usage Problem, Ram Bottleneck maybe?

Hey I have been having problems with my gpu usage on a lot of games I play, Crysis 2 for example has around 30-50% usage at all times and was wondering whether my crappy ram could be the issue?
PC Specs:
Amd Phenom II x4 965 BE OC @ 3.9Ghz (watercooled)
Asrock 970 extreme 4 MOBO
Transcend single 8gb module @ 667mhz
2X EVGA gtx 660 SC
And some unbranded 500gb Sata HDD

667MHz sound really bad... I know that 1333MHZ vs 1600MHz makes no big difference, but that is very likely to be causing your problems.

Ahh thanks for the reply dude, really helps and yeah I think I'm gunna look to upgrade my ram to 8gb Corsair Vengance or something along the lines of that, if that don't work then I think I'm gunna have to take the Intel route. Cheers Bud
