I will be building a computer soon (2 months or so) and looking for some help as far as what to look for. Building mainly for World of Warcraft and general net surfing/video watching. Would like to stick to Intel for CPU and rest is really up in the air. Any help would be awesome! Budget will be roughly $600-$700. Will not need monitor but will need OS.

The OS is going to be the thing that kills that budget - here's the rig I would go with for you:

If you had to triage, you could use the stock CPU cooler but I would always use a quality aftermarket cooler so you never have to worry about frying your processor. That 7770 can handle WOW but I personally would go with one of their current gen GPUs like a R9-270/270X. You could also upgrade your hard drive if you need more storage because you can skip up to a 1TB drive for $10. This is what it would look like with all those uprades:

Just my two cents
