Best Monitor for my money? $200

My budget is ~$200. I need a 1080p ips monitor for gaming. I've read great things about the U2312HM. Is there any reason not to buy it? Is there something better for around $200?
I'm also looking at the Dell P2314H, which is supposed to be the newer AH- IPS version of the e-IPS U2312HM.

It is a really nice monitor, I have personally used it, and the only downside to the Dell is 8ms response time, the Acer is a tad better
