This is going to be my first build. What is the best gaming rig set up out of these two? I cannot choose between these two builds. Also any suggestions would be great. I know there is no case, I have not decided yet. Thanks!

Solution
INTEL.... i have used both AMD and INTEL and found intel best... don't just look for 6 cores in AMD... in real life scenario... intel makes best out of it.....
