Building a $1000-1300 gaming desktop need help from experienced minds

the title says it all. i have a $1300 budget and the only preferences is that its a intel and i need a monitor too. i found one pre-configured http://shop.lenovo.com/us/en/desktops/erazer/x-series/x700/ but i dont know if its good or not for the price or if i could make a better one

  1. Dont buy premades, u will ALWAYS pay something for the work put into building it and for the brand, thats always
    Check this out
    CPU:intel i5 4670k
    PSU: 650W xfx, look for an 80plus one
    Motherboard: Z87.pro
    GPU: GTX770 or R9 280x take your pick
    Ram: G.skill 2X4 gb (8gb total ) 1600mhz CL9 DDR3 ram
    Case: Corsair 200r or NZXTPhantom
    Monitor: u should be able to get a 1080p one for about 100dollars
    OS: 100 dollars, would reccomend Windows 8.1
    CPU cooler: Hyper 212 Evo plus
    HDD: 1tb WD black
    SSD: 120gb Samsung evo 840
    Which site do u want to order this from so i can check if theres more room for upgrade?

  5. One is Intel system and the another AMD system make your choise that two builds is about to the same cost.
  6. The GPUs are the same even :P
    So yeah they should come arround at the same price, personally i prefer intel processors, its just my thing but AMD is also excellent at processors so yeah, pick one :)

    im not to sure yet i was thinking ibuypower but if you know a better one ill use that

    800w PSU will allow you to SLI in the future.

    Get a 800.850 w PSU if u are going to SLI
