Which mobo is better out of these three ?

i can not make up my mind what to go for its out of these

i originally was going to get the Gigabyte becuase was told they are great but got put off because it has not got built in wifi...so looked at the asus.. which has got wifi. so went with that one but i cant see any where about the gaming audio or good features for gaming audio on the asus like the asrock mobo has. its really annoying as one has one good thing and the other does not . I will be looking to over clock, play games with a head set and xbox controller, and edit video and produce music.The gigabyte has allot of usb 3 ports which is good too. i keep getting torn between them

I'd go with the Rock. Great customer service and if your overclocking it would be better in terms of stability than the ASUS and Gigabyte
