Here is my story, my desktop finally arrived and tried to power it up but it wont.
So I went to the store, turned out to be broken motherboard. I payed quite a lot for the replacement then saw it working at the store but once I came back to power it up at my house, it wont...
I have no idea what's the problem here... Is there smt wrong with my power supply? Does the frequency of the power matters? Currently I'm in Canada which they use 60Hz but on my power supply it says 50Hz...
Is there a problem with the house power system or smt?

I really need help :(

Transporting a system with the CPU cooler installed might cause issues. Since under warranty, I suggest taking back the computer to the store again. Take care when transporting it back, put it on its side (heatsink vertically, on the motherboard).
