My monitor says test good when the menu button is held for five seconds but after that the screen returns to black

I have a S20A300B. The monitor is black when on and doesn't give display. When I hold the menu button for five seconds it displays test good in the top left corner but after a few seconds returns to the blank screen.

Check connections to the computer and the computer itself with a working monitor. Or did you try the monitor with another computer already and nothing it working? Try a new cable if that's the case. If that does not work, the input connector is bad.
