Can a single video card drive a monitor and an s-video tv at different resolutions?

I have a Dell desktop with a Radeon HD 4670 graphics card. My monitor is an Acer P221. I have an old 32" CRT tv with s-video input that I want to watch Netflix on occasionally. When I "duplicate" the displays, it lowers the resolution on the monitor and I have to go in and reset it each time. Is it possible for my video card to drive the TV at one resolution and the monitor at another simultaneously? Or would this required 2 separate graphics cards?

Instead of duplicate, try extend - that should let you run different resolutions.
