how do I know what graphics card I need to buy.

I have DirectX 10 (which should run shader model 4, correct?)
Driver Provider is Intel
Driver Version is 6.14.10.4656
I am running Windows Vista: Home Premium

I have no idea what any of this means if you need more let me know. I am new to this please give me as much info on this as you can! Thank you!

That means nothing. What is your processor? Motherboard? Power supply?

What he means is you need to tell us you cpu name, your power supply name model and wattage, ram type and size, your current gpu name, your mainboard manufacturer and model.


The easiest way is to download and install cpuz, it gives most of that info:

CPUZ

For your power supply you are going to need to open your computer and look.
