I borrowed a fuse out of my 2oo4 Highlander cause battery was dead anyway. So I took the first 15amp fuse could find which was ing2. Well put a good battery in it and put fuse back and now it just turns over never even try's to start. What can I do now to fix this problem

I'm guessing that was an ignition fuse. If it is that fuse it is for your injectors or coils. That not working will prevent it from starting. I have no experience with highlanders so I might not be much help but I'll try. Did your engine light come on at all? Did the fuse blow?

if it sat for an extended period and you had fuel in it with ethanol i would check to see if it has fuel pressure first off and if not look at the fuel pump

recheck that fuse and one on the battery.
