Okay I haven't been able to find a good answer online for my question so I figured I'd ask here.

I want to go with a GTX 780 in my system. I cant figure out which of these to get..
• EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Classified w/ EVGA ACX Cooler 3GB ($560)
• EVGA GeForce GTX780 SuperClocked w/EVGA ACX Cooler 3GB ($510)
• EVGA GeForce GTX 780Ti 3GB ($770)
• EVGA GeForce GTX780 TI SuperClocked ($740)
• Or some other non-reference GTX 780 (Link found here for every one I can find on newegg)

I don't care about the cooler on it because I am going to strip it and slap a waterblock on it, and cool it with water, along with the rest of my system. I want to be able to run dual monitors but would still be happy with just one large 24" or 27" monitor to start. I also might SLI them in the future but I've heard SLI-ing cards is a bit of a crapshoot. I will be overclocking too if needed..
There are so many that have nearly the same names but slightly different specs, and range from $550 and up..

The EVGA GTX 780 03G-P4-3788-KR Classified w/ ACX Cooler is the best 780 option on the market. The custom PCB, ACX cooler, and customer support are all top notch. The card will run forever and also overclock quite heavily on air. Plus it looks awesome to boot! You wouldn't regret having one, wish I did. :)

Unfortunately, the 780Ti is still overpriced for the performance so I would stick with the 780.

Again, I dont care for the ACX Cooler, what makes this better than a non ref. card?

If you want a lot of performance you should go with either the Ti versions of the card, but if your happy with running most games at 60+ fps go with one of the cheaper ones. Also if your putting it in your system with the intent of just taking the fan off and water cooling have you thought about a EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Hydro Copper?:

I really would recommend that classified EVGA although I had one earlier in the year worked a charm. Also attaching the waterblock to it would be cheaper that buying a hydro copper anyway if your looking to save money.

Go Classified if your going to unlock the BIOS and get past Nvidia's pathetic 1.21v limit. The regular ACX EVGA 780TI would be the best bet for leave it and play!

The ACX Cooler is a non-reference cooler and on a non-reference card (PCB).

This is going to be some serious horsepower, I like it. :)
