I recently installed a 7790 in my friends compaq. His computer is old but has a amd x2 and a thermal take power supply. I replaced the Ram and used both slots but continually got this error. I did try a processor in his computer that wasn't supported and put his old one back. Do you guys know what this error can be? We think his slots might be bad but can it be other parts other than ram?
