What is the best AMD CPU for a 7770?

I'm wondering what is the best CPU that would go with an AMD 7770 (Sapphire 1gb to be specific). When answering make sure that the CPU is AMD and is socket AM3+ or AM3. And also try to keep it as cheap as you can because I am on a bit of a budget! Thanks in Advance!!
