Will I need to buy a new mobo to compensate the size of a 760/770?

Hey guys I was wondering if I need to get a new mobo in order to fit a GTX 760/770. Although I could not find my particular mobo here is a pic of a mobo similar to mines with the problem I am having.

Keep in mind that I have a different case (Rosewill Blackhawk) however, as you can see the RAM slots are very close to the PCI-e slot. Would a GPU such as a 760 or 770 be able to fit on that motherboard?

Here are some (bad) pics of my mobo. (Excuse the cable management and bad lighting).

Again, my main concern would be the GPU not being able to fit on the mobo and would probably hit the RAM slots/lock switches.

you will be fine for space, the gtx 760 doesnt sit any higher than any other video card and since your card fits under the ram slots then so will the gtx 760. just make sure you have enough room in your case for the length of the card and make sure you have a good enough power supply as the 760 can pull 160W alone at load
