I am on my first gaming computer build and I want to get a Radeon or Geforce to fit in my case (needs to be right size) under £100 with VGA and HDMI connections ideally

I want to run games such as latest COD, Assassins Creed and Fifa as well as using it for studying/surfing internet

This is my parts list:

Also, please tell me if you see anything wrong with the build (I know there is no USB 3.0 on the case)

I'd like the graphics card to last a while and I only need about normal settings for graphics/screen rate

Any suggestions? :gun:

p.s. just to be sure, will I need extra cables to connect the computer together

If you are going with a genuine windows copy then what I recommend is the following rig. It goes off your budget for a few quid but it should be much stronger than the previous. I have also removed the bluray just to save a few extra money and I have added a dvd-writer. If you need any other assistance do not hesitate to ask!

P.S. I would definitely go for a better power supply (probably around 350W) since for a case+psu bundle of £50 pounds you buy some risk as well. Don't forget that the PSU is one extremely vital part to maintain stability within the system.

I found a larger hard drive http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/western-digital-internal-hard-drive-wd10ezrx

Also, a 650 ti for £90 with delivery (has VGA which I need) http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1GB-GTX-650-Ti-Nvidia-Geforce-1024MB-GDDR5-New-Boxed-DVI-VGA-HDMI-ver-B-DX-11-/281098817854?_trksid=p2054897.l4275

The PSU is this one when bought alone http://www.ebuyer.com/253900-coolermaster-elite-power-500w-psu-rs500-psapj3-it

I think I'm going to stick with AMD instead of Intel

Also, what is bottlenecking and does it apply to my computer

Thanks

No you want have any bottlenecking problems. Regarding the cables you are fine.
I believe the AMD is the one to go with. First of all it offers a dual fan config which will keep the card cooler. Also it is performs slightly better in terms of performance, though in some cases the difference might be undetectable by the human eye. See for yourself.
