Setting up 2 monitors HDMI

Using a single GTX 650ti. Is this even possible? If so can someone guide me through the process. I have one HDMI cord hooked into my 650ti and the other hooked into the hdmi slot on my mobo. It is not detecting my second monitor hooked up to the mobo.

You can use a DVI-to-HDMI cable, bought on eBay. Works like a charm. Obviously connect it to the card.
