Can I play games in ultra high settings using Nvidia GeForce GT 750M 4 GB?

I want to play all latest games in ultra high settings like upcoming GTA 5 PC,COD Ghost,Batman Arkham Origins,etc. at an average frame rate of 30-50 fps without lags.

Other Specs of notebook:

4th Gen Intel core i7 4702MQ
16 GB DDR3 RAM (2 DIMM)
1.5 TB 5400 RPM Dual Hard Drive
Nvidia GeForce GT 750M 4 GB
Windows 8.1 64-bit
1920 * 1080 Full HD Anti glare display

Not even close, 1080p is a pretty big res for a card like that, you'd be lucky to get away with medium.

Can not my i7 16gb ram or 4gb VRAM handle a little of graphics?
its for a 17.3 inch notebook. or else decreasing screen resolution is good?
or adding one more 750m by sli technology?

While the GT 750m is considered a pretty good graphics chip for a laptop, in terms of performance compared to a desktop graphics card it is less powerful than a Radeon HD 5770 / HD 7750 / nVidia GTX 650.

SLI GTX 750m is about equal to a single GTX 770m and considered to be a little more powerful than a desktop Radeon HD 6870, but less powerful than a desktop GTX 570.

You can look that the relative performance of many mobile graphics chips / cores an a few desktop graphic cards in the following link. The ranking order in the middle column.
