Can you guys help me pick a card?

Right now I can run BF4 Medium graphics at about 30-40 FPS and I have an XFX ZNFC Radeon 4850 1 GB DDR3. I need to upgrade and could you guys help me? Looking for GGDR5, 2-3 GB VRAM, and supports DVI. I am looking to spend $450 max and $200 min.

If you pay $50 extra you could get a gtx 780
This card will max out bf4 at 60 fps
