Login trouble lately

I've been getting logged out quite a bit for the last few days, and every time it happens I cannot log in either. It just hangs on a spinning wheel when I enter my login info (doesn't say wrong password or any other error message, it just stalls).
Sometimes - but not every time - I can fix it just by reloading the page one or more times.

Has something changed with your browser recently?
Are you using LastPass?
Have you cleared your cache?

These are my go-to questions when something isn't quite working right in the login/registration area for a user, and 98% of the time it's one of those.
