Some Weird and Serious Problem. HELP!!!

Hello Guys, I need a help.
Sometimes my computer restarts itself but every time during that proccess it gets stuck on Windows 8 load screen. It can happen regardless what I am doing at that moment.
So far It never happened more than once a day. There are days when it doesn't happen at all.
My rig is only 3 months old and it happened 9-10 times so far.
I run a Memory Test and it doesn't show any problems.

Asus Maximus V Formula
EVGA and ASUS GTX 680 in SLI
Corsair Vengeance 16GB 1600Mhz
Samsung 840 Pro 512GB SSD
OCZ Vector 128GB SSD
Cooler Master Seidon 120M
Enermax Revolution 1250W

It sounds like the motherboard's power distribution circuit is screwing up. If it were the vidcards, it would happen only when they get stressed. Since it happens in completely random situations, it has to be something that is always being used. Only the motherboard remains. That is the most likely culprit.
