HDD vibrating bump

I have an WD HDD of 500GB bought in 2009 that worked flawlessly until now.
Whenever I use it intensely (torrent, photoshop, audio conversion, basic copy paste operations) it starts to develop a sort of vibrating bump. As if the platter had a bump and the actuator would go over it, impossible but that's what it feels like.
It doesn't output clicking noises or other noise for that matter. It is only felt by touching it.

While in this state, the system freezes until the operation finishes and then takes a long time to restore focus to the applications.
I think this is a mechanical failure that will soon cause my HDD to stop working at all.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you

The HD Tune report looks ok, however unusual sounds from any HDD is not a good sign. HDDs can last a year or 8 years, or anything in between.

Just to be safe clone this disk and then replace it or use it in a less critical application.
