So, first off, this is going to run on an old Dell E176FP monitor at 1280x1024, so not 1080p. The most gaming my family will do is maybe Primal Carnage or Gmod. I at least want it buttery smooth. The 750K is enough to handle some decent load, so I am not going Richland. I WILL upgrade the Corsair RAM to 2 sticks, but 1 4GB stick is enough for now, but before then I will drop in a 212 Evo because the 750K has a TDP of 100W, which is quite a bit of heat. Also, I think 500GB for the HDD is enough, because even my laptop has a 320GB drive, and I've only used half of its space.
Here's the list:

PCPartPicker is saying the build is $600, although Newegg shows shipped at $550.

I know it will perform fine, and it is for decent amounts of gaming and overall use, and I just wanted to know what the community thought.

Doesn't look bad, but why not get 2x2GB? It'll be enough and you can then get full speed too. Do you think they will need 500GB? You might be able to get a 120GB SSD if not which would help with performance an awful lot.
