While launching IBm software WECM, I am getting error message as, (artdial.exe Application Error) The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142) Click on OK to terminate the application.I tried below solution given in one thread,
From command prompt Run sfc /scannow.
Verification 100% complete
Windows Resource protection did not find any integrity violation
