Hi,
I was trying to fix this issue at the weekend... the screen resolution was way too large and the actual display was also bad - grainy colours etc.
The resolution was on max. By updating the driver of the graphics card I managed to resolve the issue. After rebooting the display was back to normal. Job done, I thought.
However after 10 mins or so the original problem had returned (no reboot or anything, just left it logged in to windows and no one touched it)
I did the same fix and again the problem came back.
Does anyone have any idea as to what is most likely to be causing this?
It's an old machine, 6 years or so and it's not mine so I can't quickly test stuff. (Windows 7)
Thanks,
Shaun
