Hey guys,
I am building a PC with following configuration :

Processor : AMD FX 8350
Motherboard : Asus M5A97 R 2.0
RAM : Corsair Vengeance CMZ8GX3M2A1866C9R
GPU : Sapphire Radeon R7 260X 2GB DDR5 OC
SMPS/PSU : Corsair VS550 550 Watts
Cabinet : Cooler Master K380
Hard Drive : Seagate 1TB 5400 RPM
120 MM fans : 4 + 1 (free with cabinet)

My budget is around 650-700$
My system usage will be focused on playing games, a little video and audio editing, programming and development and Media Entertainment.

I have already purchased the Processor, GPU, HDD, SMPS, and the RAM, and in a huge dilemma about the motherboard.

Following are the motherboards i am thinking over to buy :
Asus M5A97 LE R2.0
Asus M5A97 R2.0
Asus M5A97 Evo 2.0

One that fits best to my budget : features is Asus M5A97 R2.0, is that a good motherboard?
I don't want to overclock the system, but want to use the ideal features to its maximum.
Is Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 okay too? (its would just be a cheaper choice for me but i dont want to loose any features)
Or should I buy Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 instead? i will have to increase the budget slightly only if its worth it.

So far, all the knowledge i gathered from tomshardware was really help, so thank you guys.

How did your build go? I've just built a very similar rig. Same processor, memory, and vid card. Used the Asus M5A99FX mobo, a seagate SSHD, and a different case. I'm nowhere near an expert and know just enough to be dangerous. I've only run into a couple problems thus far. The machine reboots after attempting to wake from sleep and the memory is only showing as 1333 rather than 1866. I'm still researching to find how to solve the issues. I ran across your post while doing so. Just curious if you're satisfied with your build. :)
