Hey Guys, I am trying to build a gaming pc that is relatively decent. I am looking for advice seeing how I am pretty new to these kind of things.

My budget at the moment is around $1700 but I can go more if needed to be. I live in Hawaii so my main vendor or site to order from is Amazon due to their free shipping option.

My friend gave some suggestions so this is what I have right now.
Cpu: Intel Core i5-4670K Quad-Core Desktop Processor 3.4 GHZ 6 MB Cache - BX80646I54670K

Gpu: EVGA GeForce GTX760 SuperClocked w/EVGA ACX Cooler 2GB GDDR5 256bit, Dual-Link DVI-I, DVI-D, HDMI,DP, SLI Ready Graphics Card (02G-P4-2765-KR) Graphics Cards 02G-P4-2765-KR -

Power Supply: Corsair RM Series 750 Watt ATX/EPS 80PLUS Gold-Certified Power Supply - CP-9020055-NA RM750

Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (1x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10)

Storage: Samsung Electronics 840 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5-Inch SATA III Single Unit Version Internal Solid State Drive MZ-7TE250BW (SDD)

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2 TB HDD SATA 6 Gb/s NCQ 64MB Cache 3.5-Inch Internal Bare Drive ST2000DM001 (HDD)

Case: Corsair Obsidian Series 750D Performance Full Tower Case CC-9011035-WW -

I am open up to any suggestions for any of the parts and if can post a build maybe? I am having trouble choosing a motherboard/monitor to go with the system and I'm not sure if the parts I have chosen so far will be cohesive.
I also want a full tower case for ample space to fit everything with some room to spare for upgrades in the future. Also I'm not sure if I need to buy additional cooling systems.

Thanks for the help.
