Monitor not working right or something?

I have 2 things.

1) When I play gary mods, and click on another screen, all 3 screens go black. then come back up. and I am on the otehr screen. Not sure if that suppose to happen.
2) When I play minecraft, and click on another screen, it acts like I didn't even click it, and then I have to click it again.

Are all of your drivers (GPU and chipset in particular) and your BIOS up to date?

Also, are the games mentioned up to date as well?
