I Need to Replace My Graphics Card to Dx11

So I have a 9800gtx and that thing was a hand me down from a friend. better than the internal, but I am looking to upgrade to a new card. My limit for a new card would be $150.

Now what's some of the best cards out there right now, because I am 3 card series behind. So please help a brother out! Would like my settings to be maxed but honestly I just want the best I can get for my money.

What cpu do you have?

The card in your budget would be something like a GTX 650 ti, R7 260x, or Radeon 7790/7850..

And with those cards you won't max most of those games @1080p.
