Great and cheap European Festivals?

Ill turn 20 in the summer and I am planning to go for a festival somewhere in Europe.
I was looking for Bravalla in Sweden, but it would cost me a fortune to go the the festival alone

What festivals would you go in Europe that is reasonably priced, and there are nice girls as well?
