I am planning on using an AMD FX 8350 CPU with an XFX Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition GPU in the case above. (NOTE: Not planning on overclocking at this time, so I assume that this setup will not have heating issues) This case has room for 6 120mm fans, 3 front, 2 top, and 1 back. I was wondering about successful setups people have used with this case, and I have another theoretical setup I want to run past you guys. Since this case has a lot of mesh sections, could I have all 6 fans set up as intake or exhaust, as in 6 intake OR 6 exhaust?

Thanks for all the opinions and recommendations!

it doesn't really matter if you intend to overclock or not- it is always good practice to have optimum airflow in your case as every *C less will prolong the life of your components.

That would just trap and circulate hot air within your case. best setup would be 3 exhaust rear and top and 3 intake front.

I'm curious about a 6 exhaust setup though as i have never personally tried such an exhaust only setup except on old pc's that only had space for 1 rear fan at the back..

So you believe the mesh areas will allow enough intake and 6 exhaust fans would supply sufficient cooling power?

If the mesh bothers you you can usually remove it.

I have no idea about 6 exhaust, but i'd be interested in your results.

for example running prime95 for 10 minutes with 3 in and 3 out,
vs.
running prime95 for 10 minutes with 6 out.
