Safe to run Folding@Home at 62 C constantly?

I recently replaced my old video card with a new GTX 660. I'm running Folding@Home on full power when I'm not playing games, which puts the CPU and GPU at 62 C (but no higher than that). Is it a bad idea to run the system at this temperature constantly? I've heard that you only need to worry if the temperature exceeds 80 C.

  1. The temperature is perfectly safe, well below even moderately hot (75C) for a GPU.
    You need have no worries.
