So for a while now i have made a couple builds which all seem pretty good, but, i'm trying to make the BEST pc for $1100 and see what happens.

My priorities from high to low: Gaming, Video editing, Photoshop, web browsing (shouldn't be a problem even on low-end PC's.
Parts needed: everything except a monitor.
Preferred OS: windows 7 but i'm OK with Windows 8... still prefer Windows 7.
Preferred brand for Cpus, Gpus etc. : No preference.
My flooring is carpet and im sure that will impact the build negatively so a case with plenty of airflow.

This Build is for Mainly gaming and i'm probably going to get a AMD fx 8350 or i5 but if we can squeeze in an i7 somewhere well... ill take it!

Games to be played:

Battlefield 4 : Ultra
Skyrim : Ultra (heavily modded with ENB's and stuff)
Batman Arkham Origins : Ultra
Saints Row IV: Ultra

Basically most high-end PC requirement games on Ultra settings/Maxed out with plenty of HDD storage (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seagate-internal-hard-drive-st3000dm001).

Would it be a waste to get 16gb of ram?
Yes with gaming you do not need more than 8GB.

How about this?
